Year of the wearable, eh?

Sony has introduced its latest piece of wearable technology at this year’s CES. The company used its press conference to unveil the Core, a tiny little gadget that tracks movement and a range of other actions.

The outfit noted that Core might be its smallest gadget ever (you’d have thought it’d double check). It can fit anywhere, although the company touted its own Smart Band to have it fit around your wrist.

While Sony didn’t reveal too many specifics, it did announce a companion app named LifeLog that will use the core to track a range of information.

Want to know more? Well you might have to wait until Mobile World Congress, we’re afraid.
